Dublin gets a brand new Bitcoin ATM

If you happen to visit the Dublin City Centre, you’ll spot a brand new bitcoin ATM hosted in Spar on Talbot Street (opposite Supervalu, the Connolly Station end of the street). Put in place by a new bitcoin ATM operator called Ark Satoshi. Towards the right of the machine is some information, which says that purchases under €250 require no verification, purchases between €250 and €500 require you to put in your mobile number which will send you a code to let you make the purchase, while purchases over €500 will require ID verification with the staff which can take about half an hour.

Simple and easy to use

1. Tap the screen and select buy

   

2. Then select the limit, and open your crypto wallet on the phone.

3. Scan the QR code to receive funds.

4. After a few seconds, it gets to the screen to insert cash.

5. Next it offers the rate, along with a fixed fee.

6. When ready hit buy btc, and seconds later transaction is completed.
