The crypto industry and where do the candidates stand regarding it has become a central issue of the US elections. Unlike the previous elections, this time candidates and the voters cannot and should not ignore crypto. The political candidates of both Republican and Democratic parties have been making contacts with top individuals in the crypto industry to gather support from voters.
Even though the Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump used to criticize the crypto industry, he has become a pro-crypto candidate now. He even promised to make the United States a crypto capital of the market. On the other hand, Kamala Harris has also recently pledged that she will make the US dominant in blockchain & AI. Nonetheless, candidates supporting the crypto industry add additional voters to their list and even make considerable impact in winning the elections.
The crypto industry has witnessed substantial growth over the years, from being just a niche interest to a multi-trillion market. Supporting digital currencies and bringing clear regulatory policies is all what US voters need at present. Candidate who supports and ensures the innovation, growth, and development of the crypto and blockchain industry will definitely have an edge over the opponent.
